Hot Dipped Galvanised Range

We’ve expanded our product lineup to include a selection of items that are manufactured and welded first, then fully immersed in a molten zinc bath - a process known as Hot Dip Galvanising.

Unlike standard Pregal products (where flat galvanised sheet is formed into shape and welded afterward), Hot Dipped Gal ensures:

✅ Every weld is fully protected

✅ A significantly thicker zinc coating - around double the thickness of Australian Pregal products

✅ Improved durability and corrosion resistance

Why It Matters

Pregal panels are made from pre-galvanised steel, so once the material is shaped and welded, the welds are no longer protected.

With Hot Dip Galvanising, the entire product - including welded joints - receives a complete coating. As a result, these products are expected to last up to 20 years longer than standard Pregal.

Hot Dipped Gal is ideal for:

• Properties within 100 km of the coast
• High-corrosion environments
• Cattle and sheep yards, where exposure to moisture and waste accelerates corrosion

In short - if durability is a priority, it’s worth serious consideration.
